About the Coach and Director

Marcia Mortensson is a qualified administrator of the MBTI® and has led many MBTI® workshops. Her years of HR experience provide a solid basis for her seminars. Add to that her background in college and community theatre as a designer and director and you have have a unique approach to interpersonal style and communication.
