What does Reiki do anyway?

Reiki is intelligent energy. It is not the Reiki practitioner who is responsible for the energy and what it does or does not do. Reiki energy is independent, seeking only a practitioner to be a transmitter for it.

People respond differently to the Reiki energy. The Reiki energy responds differently to people.

Reiki energy can do no harm. At best, it seems to heal, at worst, it relaxes and reduces stress. Not bad for a worst, huh?

Personally, I have had wonderful experiences with Reiki - helping me meditate, seeing beautiful images and colors. I have also experienced healing with Reiki. On a night out, I cut my hand, one of those u-shaped cuts with a flap that usually ends up dying and being cut off. After five minutes of Reiki, I put a bandage on it. Two hours later the flap was clearly starting to heal to the finger. The next day, it was very secure. Amazing.

Can Reiki cure? Some have had such results. There are no guarantees. But there are no reasons not to try Reiki.
